YTN: Teknologiateollisuuden neuvottelut alkoivat, luottamusmiehet koolla

Neuvottelut ylempien toimihenkilöiden työehtosopimuksesta ja palkankorotuksista aloitettiin torstaina 1.9.

Lyhyeksi jääneen istunnon aikana sovittiin lähinnä vain neuvottelujen aikataulusta syyskuussa. Seuraavan kerran tavataan 15.9.

YTN:n pääneuvottelija Ismo Kokko arvelee, että sopimusta päästään kunnolla vääntämään kuitenkin vasta kalkkiviivoilla. Alan ylempiä toimihenkilöitä koskeva työehtosopimus päättyy 30.9.

Teknologiateollisuudenammattiliitot YTN, Metalliliitto ja Pro ovat valmistautuneet syksyn neuvotteluihin yhdessä. Myös Metalliliitto ja Pro aloittivat neuvottelunsa tällä viikolla.

Luottamusmiehet koolla
 

YTN:n teknologiateollisuuden luottamusmiehet ovat koolla nyt viikonvaihteessa 2.9.–4.9. Lähes sadan luottamusmiehen voimin käydään läpi neuvottelutavoitteita ja valmistaudutaan tukemaan neuvotteluja eri tavoin.

Myös laaja kenttäkierros alkaa ensi viikolla. Syyskuun aikana YTN:n asiamiehet tapaavat ylempiä toimihenkilöitä kymmenillä teknologiateollisuuden työpaikoilla eri puolilla Suomea.

Negotiations for the new collective agreement in technology industry began on Thursday the 1st of September.

The first meeting with the representatives of The Federation of Finnish Technology was short and concentrated mainly on the timetable of the negotiations.

The Chief negotiator Ismo Kokko of the Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff (YTN) Technology believes that there won’t be serious progress in the negotiations before the end of September.

The collective agreement for professional and managerial staff in technology industries is in force until 30.9.2012.

The shop stewards of YTN Technology shall meet during the following weekend 2.9.–4.9. and discuss the final targets for the general agreement and general pay increase.

YTN is also having a tour in the biggest companies in technology industry and meeting the professional and managerial staff members during September. There will be about 30 meetings all over Finland.

In addition the trade unions in the technology industry, The Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff (YTN),The Finnish Metalworkers' Union and Trade Union Pro, have been in regular contact and they are getting ready for the negotiations together.

Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff (YTN) is a collective bargaining organisation for those working in the private sector as specialists, supervisory or managerial professionals. YTN Technology is the biggest sector of YTN and it negotiates the collective agreement and the salary increases for about 55 000 high educated professionals.
