Collective agreement for the church sector

Our members in the church sector are mainly within the scope of the collective agreement applied in the Evangelical Lutheran Church (KirVESTES).

Our members are represented in negotiations by the Negotiation Organisation for Public Sector Professionals JUKO, in which we work for fair terms of employment and fair pay in the occupations we represent.

You can influence the development of collective agreements and our negotiation goals through your member organisation.

In the church sector, our members are organised into several different member organisations. Most of our members in the sector work in parishes and parish unions, but we also have members in the Central Church Fund and Finn Church Aid, for example. Our members typically work in communications and administration.
